Reporting and Frequency Cycle Two: Search For Missing Ohio Mother

1. Newspaper
Mansfield News Journal, an online newspaper, posted this story July 10, 2012 at 6:44 AM reporting about how a woman named Lynn Jackenheimer, 33 and a mother of two, is missing after a vacation with her kids. It seems like the number one suspect is ex-boyfriend Nathan Summerfield. It's been said that Summerfield's brother called the police telling the detective that Summerfield said he strangled Lynn and buried her under brush. Jackenheimer is still no where to be found, but the search for her and Summerfield is under way.
Update 1: At 1:11 PM a new article is posted on the website stating that this investigation is facing complications. Deputy's are facing problems looking for Lynn because they have such a big radius to search, approximately 15 miles.The police and search party are doing what they can, but with so little information on where her whereabouts are, it is become increasingly difficult. Summerfield still remains at large
Update 2: On July 11 at 9:37 AM, a report is made that Ashland business's are offering more than $7000 in rewards for information concerning Jackenheimer's or Summerfields whereabouts.
Update 3: The search would have to resume until Thursday due to bad weather. Locals are being encouraged to donate as well as help with the search.
Update 4: On July 12 the search started up again, and friends and family of Jackenheimer went up to help with the investigation. New information about the couples relationship surfaced as well, and it shows that the two did not have a very good past. In 2010, Summerfield was convicted of domestic violence for an incident involving Jackenhiemer. He received a suspended 60 day jail sentence and was placed on a year of extensive probation. That wasn't he is first brush with the law. He was issued criminal summonses in two other cases related to previous girlfriend. The first case dates to 2004, when he was a senior in high school.
Update 5: On July 15, Mansfield News gives us some more interesting news with the issuing of a statement that a body has been found in North Carolina where the search was being pursued. The body was found by an unidentified man who called 9-1-1 reporting that he found a body in a bag, and it may be the missing girl from Ashland. An autopsy has to be conducted because the body is so badly decomposed. No word yet on if it is Jackenheimer.
Update 6: It's been confirmed that the body found was indeed Lynn Jackenheimer. The cause of death has not yet been determined. The focus of the investigation now turns to Nathan Summerield.
Update 7: On the 18th we get a lead in the case; Summerfield has been spotted in Columbus. A woman called 9-1-1 reporting that he was seen near her apartments. He is still at large, but now the police have something to go off of.
Update 8: The autopsy reports came in and the body is indeed Jackenheimer. The cause of death was strangulation and stab wounds.

2. TV Broadcast
Lydia Espara is reporting live from North Carolina, where Lynn Jackenheimer was last seen. Some of the local people from Ashland were interviews, and we get to hear Summerfields' brothers 911 call. They give us the basic information on the case.
Update 1: On a follow up broadcast Jen Picciano reports that there is now reward money and her family is going up to North Carolina to help find their missing loved one. A search warrant has been issued for Summerfield's arrest, as he is the only person of interest.
Update 2: On July 14 there is another broadcast about the body that had been found. We get to hear the 9-1-1 call, footage of people searching, as well as interviews from the family.
Update 3: Two days later we get a news story about how the body that has been discovered in Jackenheimer. We get to see the reaction of Ashalnd citizens, most are of course upset, but are somewhat glad that her body was finally found. We also see the scene of of where the body was found, although we do not get to see it very clearly since it is taped off.

3. Blog
The blog Mail Online also reported this news story on July 10 at 11:34. This post is by Lydia Warren and she writes about how Summerfield is currently trying to be tracked down after his brother reported him to the police. This blog post gives details  about the vacation they spent together before Lynn disappeared, and also how the children are involved in this case.
Update 1: On July 13 a new report is out on the blog giving us new information that Jackenheimer was hesitant to go on vacation with Summerfield in the first place; this information was given by Alex Taylor, a friend on Lynn. The children were questioned but offered very little clues in what happened to their mother. The kids were dropped off by Summerfield at a relatives, then he sped off and was not seen again.
Update 2: This blog also makes a report on the body that had been found. This gives us something that i had not heard on the other vehicles, in which the person who discovered the body was a construction worker and that the body was found 30 minuets from where the couple had been staying in North Carolina.
Update 3: There is another update on the 16th and it gives us the same basic information; that the body was identified as Lynn and the search for Summerfield is still at large.

4. Social Media
When you search "Lynn Jackenheimer" on Twitter you see tweets from various people. Some are from news channels; local and national, news anchors, and people who just want to spread the word. People are giving links to news articles on the subjects and giving updates.
Update 1: Between July 10 and 11 you see many updates from news organizations and locals posting the newest information about what is happening with the current investigation.
Update 2: There aren't many tweets between the 11th and the 13th but on July 14 the tweets are giving more updates on how the search is at a standstill due to bad weather, forcing investigators to stop.
Update 3:  Once the body was found, plenty of tweets from news stations were giving us information on this update.
Update 4: On the 17th there are tweets about a press conference that would be occurring, and it gives us the time and where it will be held. We also see a few more tweets from Ashland locals who are sending their best wishes to Jackenheimers family and friends.
